This is how you size your grips to your hand.
Measure from the bottom of the hand to the base of the fingers for a palm size.
This would be for all the Class Grips, Basic Grips #2, Crossfit Grips, Mitten Grips and any other type of palm grips.
Measure from the bottom of the hand to the tip of the longest finger for dowel grips.
This would be for Uneven Bar Grips, Horizontal Bar (highbar) Grips, Ring Grips.
When measuring for dowel grips DO NOT over size it's best to have a little smaller.
I know its nice to share, but don't share your grips due to they could be the wrong size.
It's always best to have TWO pair: it's always good to have a spare.
